A highlight of the event will be the SIAL Global Food Industry Summit, which seeks to convey the latest food and beverage industry information and dissect new trends in industry development.

In its 24-year journey in China, SIAL Shanghai has not only introduced a plethora of high-quality international food and beverage products to the Chinese market, but has also been instrumental in discovering Chinese local brands and products.

This year, the exhibition will showcase agricultural specialties from various provinces and cities across China. By utilizing the exhibition's influence, the event aims to present premium Chinese agricultural foods to the world, thus contributing to the vitalization of rural areas.
